All our staff are qualified in Health and Social Care and we also provide them with in-house refresher training. In addition, all our staff follow our CrestCare Promise, to help us maintain the high standards you should expect and we pride ourselves on.
We conduct appraisals every 6 months, with all our staff. This lets us implement training where necessary and also reward staff who show outstanding consistency in their work.
Meet the Team
Led by Verity Haughton, CrestCare is a carefully selected team of dedicated professionals, committed to providing the best care possible.
Before moving into Healthcare, Verity was a qualified Nursery Nurse and has an NVQ in Health & Social Care. She moved into the care industry, initially to care for her beloved grandma and it was with this new-found motivation, her passion for care and her love for all things family that she decided to start CrestCare.
Evonne has worked in administration for the majority of her career. From secretarial to managerial experience, Evonne has the qualifications and skills to provide support and organisation for the team and ensures everything runs smoothly.
